FlexiStation
serves as the prime integration point for all directory assistance
calls and is intelligently integrated with all components of the FlexiQ
platform.
Featuring an operator interface that is highly configurable,
FlexiStation enables DA providers to easily customize all fields in the
workstation interface. In installing FlexiStation, Local Matters works
with providers to quickly configure the workstation based on a wide
range of preferences including colors, text, icons, menus, buttons and
screen placements of elements. There are many ways in which
FlexiStation helps providers enhance operator efficiency. For example,
search results can be formatted based on the type of search. By
displaying target fields with a different font, font size and/or color,
operators can more easily find the desired information.
With FlexiStation, third-party applications are easily integrated
through industry-standard data interfaces.
DA providers using FlexiStation benefit from reduced training time
because their operators are using familiar interfaces. Providers also
