ISx Partners with Intrasoft and IBM to Win Multi-Million Dollar Contract to Provide New DA System to OTE S.A. in Greece

May 15, 2001 — Fort Lauderdale, FL, USA — Information Services Extended, Inc. (ISx) has won a major contract with Intrasoft and IBM to provide a comprehensive national directory assistance solution for OTE S.A., the largest telecommunications operator in Greece.

Together with Intrasoft and IBM, ISx will replace OTE's existing national directory assistance technologies in three operator centers in Athens, Thessaloniki and Patras. The new installation for OTE's 500 operator positions will employ the latest ISx technology and IBM hardware and network management software. Intrasoft will serve as the prime systems integrator.

ISx has over twenty years experience supporting the directory assistance operations of telecommunications companies worldwide and is the world leader in wired directory assistance software. The company provides state-of-the-art wireless capability for leading telecom call centers.
