John Kemp
has served as Executive Vice
President, Voice and Wireless Division since January 2006. Mr. Kemp
served as Vice President and General Manager of Europe, Asia-Pacific,
Middle East and Africa for ISx from December 2000 to December 2005.
From September 1998 to December 2000, Mr. Kemp held business
development and sales executive positions in the publishing,
advertising and information services markets with The Thomson
Corporation, an integrated information supplier, U.S. West, Inc., a
U.S. based telecommunications company, and Volt Information Sciences,
a directory assistance service software provider. Mr. Kemp spent
more than 20 years with The Thomson Corporation, attaining board
level responsibility for sales, marketing and publishing and
information technology in the Yellow Pages sector. Mr. Kemp attended
INSEAD and Henley Management College.

Ms. Hilkene brings 25
years experience in information technology sales and services
management to her role in ISx marketing and sales. Through assignments
at IBM, she has worked with major corporations in utilities, health,
government and education. For the past decade, she has worked closely
with telecommunications and call center organizations in North America,
helping them expand into new services to generate revenue while
increasing automation to reduce costs.

| Mr. Gruse brings 20 years
of extensive technical and business development skills to his role in
developing new ventures for ISx. Most recently he worked at IBM on the
architecture and business development teams for The Madison Project, a
secure distribution system for entertainment content. Prior to working
for IBM he was one of the founders of Citrix Systems, a leader in
virtual workplace solutions and Fairway Technologies, a joint venture
between IBM and Blockbuster Video.
